What should I bring to a consultation?
Bring a summary of your matter, the relevant agreements or correspondence, and any dates or deadlines. Ask the office which identification and supporting documents are needed before your appointment.
Do you assist both individuals and businesses?
Yes. Our practice covers commercial and corporate matters, property law, compliance, procurement, notarial services and immigration law. Contact us to discuss whether your matter falls within our services.
Can you help with property transfers?
Our real estate services include property transfer documents and registration, lease agreements and property due diligence.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:00. Consultations are arranged by appointment.
How are legal fees agreed?
Please contact the office for fees applicable to your matter. The scope of work and fee arrangements should be agreed before instructions are accepted. No fee estimate is provided on this website.
Does sending an enquiry create an attorney-client relationship?
No. An enquiry is a request to discuss a matter. Representation begins only once the firm has accepted your instructions and agreed the terms of engagement. Avoid sending sensitive documents before that confirmation.
